EBANZ ist der nationale Verband für Erd- und Naturbau in Neuseeland und vertritt Verfahren wie Stampflehm, Cob, Adobe und Lehm-/Kalkputze. Der Verband war maßgeblich an der Entwicklung der neuseeländischen Erdbau-Normen NZS 4297/4298/4299 beteiligt, die ungebrannte Erde regeln.
Klassifikations-Begründung
EBANZ ist ein Dachverband mit gemischtem Lager. Die von EBANZ mitentwickelten NZS-Normen (4297/4298/4299) decken ungebrannte Erde explizit "mit oder ohne Zuschlagstoffe" (with or without admixtures) ab und nennen Adobe, Cob, Pressziegel (CEB), Stampflehm und Gusslehm. Die Kern-Bauverfahren des Verbands (Stampflehm, Cob, Adobe) sind überwiegend unstabilisiert; Kalk erscheint primär als Putz, nicht als tragendes Bindemittel. Da der Verband sowohl unstabilisierte als auch stabilisierte Ansätze ausdrücklich zulässt und kein eindeutiges Lager erkennbar ist, wird granular "unbekannt" gesetzt (gemischt).
